Dimitris Georgopalis was born in Corfu(Greece). He Studied Business Administration and Byzantine iconography.

He is member of the Journalists’ Union and the Greek Cartoonists Association.

He has taken part in many cartoon exhibitions both in Greece and abroad.

In 2024, he was awarded for his work by the School of Arts, Architecture and Design at the University of Guadalajara in Mexico.

Today, he works as a cartoonist/illustrator for the newspaper Realnews and as a Lead Visual Illustrator at the company Choco-Myths.
