Dimitris Georgopalis was born in Corfu(Greece). He Studied Business Administration and Byzantine iconography.
He is member of the Journalists’ Union and the Greek Cartoonists Association.
He has taken part in many cartoon exhibitions both in Greece and abroad.
In 2024, he was awarded for his work by the School of Arts, Architecture and Design at the University of Guadalajara in Mexico.
He currently works as a cartoonist and illustrator for the newspaper Realnews, as Lead Visual Illustrator, and as Art Director at Choco-Myths company. He also illustrates books and produces original works in oil and acrylic.
